These terms apply to the use of this website and to the initial consultation offered by Resolvia Ltd (“RESOLVIA”). Paid work is provided only under a separate written agreement.
Resolvia Ltd, company number 15847263, registered office 33 King William Street, London EC4R 9AS, United Kingdom. Telephone +44 20 3887 4102. Email [email protected].
Resolvia Ltd is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not provide reserved legal activities. We provide professional case organisation and support with eligible broker and payment disputes.
Information on this website is general. It does not constitute a guarantee that funds will be recovered, legal advice on a specific matter, or a promise of a particular outcome. Mentioning chargeback, Section 75, APP fraud or Financial Ombudsman procedures does not mean that any route applies to your circumstances.
Submitting the callback form does not oblige you to enter into an agreement or pay a fee. We will call the number provided, discuss what happened and give an initial assessment. We currently consider matters involving a total documented loss of at least €1,000 or the equivalent in another currency.
If we may be able to assist, we will propose a fee model (result-based 25–30% of amounts actually recovered where permitted, a one-off fixed fee, or an hourly fee), subject to any mandatory cap. Exact terms, VAT, maximum fee, payment date, third-party costs and termination terms are confirmed in writing before paid work begins.
We communicate on your behalf only where you have provided the necessary authority and the relevant organisation permits representation. Personal identification requirements cannot be bypassed.
Unless expressly included in a written agreement, the service does not include court representation, criminal investigation, enforcement against assets overseas or technical tracing of digital assets. We never request banking passwords, PINs, CVV numbers, one-time codes, wallet seed phrases or device access.
RESOLVIA does not promise guaranteed recovery, a fixed success rate or a decision within a specific period. Final decisions are made by banks, payment providers, the Financial Ombudsman Service or other competent organisations.
You must not misuse this website, submit false details, or attempt to interfere with its security or availability.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
